Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on the BUY button and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta and Connect. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.

Your Right To Cancel (Distance Selling Policy)

You have a right to cancel your order by contacting us via email at [email protected] you have until the end of the 3rd working day, commencing the day after delivery. This policy is subject to the following criteria: i) The goods supplied must be returned in a Brand New condition. Buzz Wholesales guidance on reasonable condition is unused, undamaged returned with their original packaging and in a brand new condition. If the goods you order are not available and will not be available within a 30 day period we reserve the right to contact you and offer a suitable alternative product which you have the right to refuse. In the event of you refusing the alternative product we will give a refund of the amount applicable to your ordered item, in full.

Internet Returns

We offer the easy options for returning your purchases; i) Post the items back to our address below, returning the unwanted item(s) at your own cost. We suggest you use the Post Office to return your item, taking care to obtain a proof of postage, and tracking number. Please pack the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund.

You will be advised by e-mail when your order has been confirmed as accepted.

Manufacturer Guarantee

All items carry 12 months Manufacturer Guarantee unless otherwise stated.

Posting

We only use reputable and reliable couriers for deliveries. Sorry we only ship to the UK mainland, and Northern Ireland addresses.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Remittance Terms

We will take payment of the goods you have ordered when we have them in stock and are able to ship them to you. We will inform you by e-mail when we have taken payment of the goods.

Damaged Goods

All damaged goods need to be reported to Parcel Drop Box within 24h of receiving goods.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all prices on this site. However, as errors do occasionally occur, if we notice an error after your order is placed, we’ll correct your order and then let you know about it, to give you the option to either cancel or amend your order. Prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via Home Parcel Box online store.
